Grandma's Sugar Cream Pie

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon, sprinkled
1 unbaked pie shell
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix dry ingredients well. Add boiling water and mikx until all is dissolved. Add cream and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes and 1/2 hour to 45 minutes at 350°F.
