SERVINGS
1 batches scale / convert
INGREDIENTS
1 cup white sugar
1 cup light Karo syrup
1-1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3-1/2 cups Special K cereal
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large saucepan, bring sugar and Karo to a boil. Remove from heat, add peanut butter and blend. Add Special K cereal. Drop by teaspoonful on wax paper. Cool.

This is a childhood favorite of mine...But my mom makes it with a frosting--melt 1 6oz package of semisweet choc. morsels and 1 6oz package of butterscotch morsels; pour over candy and let harden. Rich!
