Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies From Heaven

Servings: 3 dozen

INGREDIENTS

1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2-3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream together margarine and brown sugar. Beat in eggs, peanut butter and vanilla. Add flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir in chocolate chips. Roll into balls about 1-1/2 tsps onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly (they don't flatten much while cooking). Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
