Passover Chocolate Mousse Pie

INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup cake meal
1/4 cup potato starch
Filling:
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
8 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 container heavy whipping cream, whipped stiff
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix shell ingredients together and press into two pie plates. Bake at 375°F for 15-18 minutes. Melt chocolate and cool add eggs to chocolate fold in remaining ingrediates pour into cooled shells. Refrigerate until solid.
