No-Bake Chocolate Butterfluff Cake

Servings: 1 cake

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
Egg substitute equivalent to 4 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream butter thoroughly. Add sugar gradually; beat until light and fluffy. Add chocolate, vanilla, egg substitute. Beat 3 minutes until smooth and thick. (Rub a little between your finger and thumb to feel for sugar granules. Keep beating until sugar has dissolved.) Chill or freeze. Mixture thickens when cool. Frost cake.
