Never Fail Fudge

INGREDIENTS
5 cups sugar
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1/4 lb. butter
12 oz. Durkee-Mower Marshmellow Fluff
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup nut meats
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
Microwave instructions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a 4 qt. microwave safe bowl. Microwave at medium high for 2-1/2 minutes. remove and stir until blended.
2. Microwave at medium high for 5 minutes; remove, stir until smooth.
3. Repeat step 2.
4. Microwave at medium high for 6 mintues; remove and stir in chocolate, vanilla, nuts for 5 minutes until thick. then turn into a 9x9-inch pan and cool.
CHEF COMMENTS
The recipe on it is called Never Fail Fudge, essentially the same as Fantasy Fudge.
****Instructions are for a 600 watt oven. For a different size oven adjust cooking accordingly.
