Mocha Mousse Pie

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup milk
25 large marshmallows
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 cup whipped cream
1 9-inch pie crust
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat milk on stove top, add marshmallows and melt to smooth consistency. When ready, add chocolate and instant coffee. When evenly distributed and no chunks remain, fold in whipped cream. Add to pie crust. Chill.
