SERVINGS

1 batches scale / convert

INGREDIENTS

12 oz. chunky peanut butter
2 sticks margarine
1-1/3 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients with hands. Roll into balls and chill. Melt 1/4 stick paraffin in double boiler. Add 1 package chocolate chips and melt together. Using a small fork, dip chilled balls into chocolate mixture, leaving about a dime-sized area uncovered. Let harden on waxed paper.

i make it with creamy peanutbutter and without the vanilla. i dont think the vanilla makes a huge difference. but in the peanut butter mixture i added a few teaspoons of pumpkin spice mix for a halloween party i went to, it gave it a nice spice. November 6, 2008
