Real Jalapeno Pepper Poppers

INGREDIENTS

24 jalapeño peppers, hollowed
Shrimp
Crab meat
Cornmeal

INSTRUCTIONS

Take a couple of dozen Jalapeño peppers and hollow them out and save the tops. Drop peppers in boiling water for 5 sseconds. Stuff with finely chopped shrimp and lump crab meat. Bread in cornmeal and deep fat fry for 45 seconds to 1 minute with tops toothpicked on.

CHEF COMMENTS

Eat carefully, you cannot stop... so drink a lot of beer or white wine :) enjoy!!!
