Somen Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. somen noodles, boiled
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1/2 lb. ham or char sui pork, chopped
2 eggs, scrambled
1 block Kamaboko fishcake, chopped
3 stalks green onion, chopped
dash MSG

Sauce:
2 tablespoons sesame seed, roasted
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cooking oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons shoyu

INSTRUCTIONS

Lay somen in 9x13" pan. Garnish with lettuce, Kamaboko, char siu, green onions, ham, scrambled eggs and MSG. Mix sauce ingredients in bottle and shake well. Pour over salad.
