Hot Chocolate Master Mix

INGREDIENTS

3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup coffee creamer
1 tsp. salt
5-1/3 cups nonfat dry milk
2 cups miniature marshmallows (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all above ingredients in large bowl and mix well.

For chocolate milk, mix 1/3 cup mixture with 8 oz. cold milk.

For hot chocolate, mix 1/3 cup mixture with hot water in a coffee mug.

For cafe mocha, mix 1/3 cup mixture with hot coffee in coffee mug.
