INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. (18 oz.) Devil's food cake mix
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 cup bitter cocoa powder

Filling:
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. plus 1 cup powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix cookie ingredients and spread in cookie sheet. Bake 350°F for about 15 minutes (check to make sure not burning). You can use a round cookie cutter or glass to cut cookie and then spread with filling that has been mixed together.
