Sugarless Grape Jam

Servings: 2 cups

INGREDIENTS

2 cups unsweetened grape jam
1 cup water
1/2 cup quick tapioca
Sugar substitute equal to 3 cups sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine grape juice, water and tapioca in saucepan. Let set 5 minutes to soften tapioca. Add sweetener, bring to boil and boil hard 1 minute. Pour into sterilized jars, seal. Store in refrigerator.
