My favorite smoothie

INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
1 apple, with peel, chopped
1 lime, with peel, chopped
1/2 cup frozen broccoli or baby spinach
a handful frozen pomegranate seeds
a handful of frozen raspberries, blueberries, blackberries
a handful frozen strawberries
pomegranate-berry juice blend as needed (usually 1/3-1/2 cup)
Optional: flax seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all items into your hard-core blender. Blend until smooth. Add juice as needed.
CHEF COMMENTS
Don't freak out about the broccoli/spinach -- it really has no taste, and once everything is blended, it's not really visible any longer.
