Minestrone Soup

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup Italian Dressing
1 cup chopped onions (about 1 medium)
1/2 cup chopped celery (about 1 stalk)
1/2 cup chopped carrots (about 1 medium)
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (19 oz.) red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
2 cans (14 oz. each) vegetable broth
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
3 Italian Sausages, cut into 1" pieces OR 1/4 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine ALL ingredients in slow cooker EXCEPT parmesan cheese. Cover with lid.
Cook on HIGH for 3 hours (or on LOW for 6 hours).
Sprinkle with cheese just before serving.
