Spicy White Wine Chicken Pasta Sauce

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 large garlic cloves
1 cup red, green, yellow bell pepper (frozen is easiest!)
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon oregano
1 cup white wine
1 cube chicken bullion
1/2 cup Parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large skillet, add olive oil, garlic, and bell peppers(if frozen, rinse with water first to dethaw). Saute for 5-6 minutes on medium to low heat. Add red pepper flakes, oregano, and white wine. Bring to simmer and turn heat to low. Add chicken bullion cube stirring till dissolves. Simmer for 5 minutes then stir in Parmesan. Toss with with pasta and shrimp or chicken. Enjoy!

CHEF COMMENTS

Very flavorful easy pasta sauce. Feel free to substitute any of the ingredients to taste. I prefer more oregano and red pepper flakes..
