Cheese Popcorn

INGREDIENTS

1 pack of microwave popcorn
approx 2 tbsp milk
2 slices of american cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

microwave the popcorn per package instructions. place in a large bowl
in a coffee cup put approx. 2 tbsp of milk
add 2 slices of cheese
microwave approx 30 seconds ( don't let it boil over)
mix w/spoon add more milk or cheese for desired consistency ( too thin and popcorn will be soggy too thick not much popcorn will get coated )
return to microwave for approx. 15 seconds. stir again and pour over popcorn.

I started making this snack when I was a kid... About 40 years ago. I taught it to my son who is a cheese lover and he makes it too. try it its easy.
