Mom's Meatballs

Servings: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. ground beef (or italian sausage)
1 C bread crumbs
1/2 C parmesan cheese
2 Tb parsley (dry)
2 eggs
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together.
Form into balls.
Brown or put directly into spaghetti sauce to cook.
