Bean and Potato Bake

INGREDIENTS

4 small potatoes - 480g sliced thinly
2 green onions, sliced thinly
half x 220 g chilli beans
half cup skimmed milk (125ml)
quarter cup grated parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. layer potato, onion and beans in tow lightly greased ovenproof dishes (1-cup capacity). Pour milk over vegetables; sprinkle with cheese.

2. Bake, uncovered, in moderate over for about 25 minutes or until vegetables are soft.

Please note- cook recipe just before serving.
