Poor Man's Lamb Chop Casserole

INGREDIENTS
6 neck /bbq chops
2 T Brown Sugar
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 Beef Stck Cube
1/4 C Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 C Hot Water
2 T Cornflour
2 T Water
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown chops in your George Foreman to remove most fat.
Mix brown sugar, ginger, curry powder, crumbled stock cube, tomato sauce & hot water together. Pour over chops. Cover & simmer for 1 1/2 hours, or until chops are tender. Skim any fat from the surface using a ladle or paper towels. Mix cornflour & water together. Stir into meat & bring to the boil. Serve with mash & steamed vegetables. Enjoy!
