French Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

preheat heavy frypan and brush with melted butter
stir or blend together
1 all purpose flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
beat together with a rotary beater
3 egges
2 cups milk
stir in dry ingredients beating until almost smooth blend in
2 tablespoon melted butter
cover and chill for 1 hour
pour batter ont preheated pan using about 2 tablespoon batter for each pancake and tip to coat with a thin layer when brown turn to brown other side
roll up and serve hot with maple syrup or molasses
makes about 21/2 dozen pancakes.

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat heavy frypan and brush with melted butter. Stir or blend together flour, sugar and salt. Beat together with a rotary beater the eggs, and milk; stir in dry ingredients beating until almost smooth. Blend in the melted butter. Cover and chill for 1 hour.

Pour batter on to a preheated pan using, about 2 tablespoon batter for each pancake and tip to coat with a thin layer when brown turn to brown other side. Roll up and serve hot with maple syrup or molasses. Makes about 2-1/2 dozen pancakes.
