INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups pitted kalamata olives, 2 Tablespoons Capers,3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise, 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice, 1 teaspoon fresh chopped Thyme,1 teaspoon fresh chopped Rosemary, 2 Garlic cloves, 4 Tablespoons olive oil.
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend to a paste. store in refrigerator.
CHEF COMMENTS
The addition of Mayonnaise makes this Tapenade very versatile: Crostini,Panini,Sandwiches,Fish, Steak etc..
