Creme De Menthe Chocolate Chip Cookies

Servings: 6 dozen

INGREDIENTS

2-1/4 cups flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups mint chocolate chips
1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp. Creme de Menthe

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and liqueur. Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in chips. Bake at 375°F 10 minutes or until done.

CHEF COMMENTS

I've found that if the cookies are underdone they don't turn out all that good.
