Crab Dip

INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. Plain Cream Cheese
1 cup Mayo
1 small Onion, diced
1 cup Cooked Salad Shrimp, diced
1 or 2 cans of Crab Meat
1 cup of Chedder Cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste
INSTRUCTIONS
With a hand blender, mix cream cheese and mayo until smooth, mix in all other ingredents. Add Salt and pepper to taste.
Heat oven to 350, and bake until bubbly approx 10 - 15 mins.
Serve with crackers, or veggies.
CHEF COMMENTS
Honest to goodness the best crab dip I have ever had, it is so decedent, and rich, but you can't stop eating it. It is great on crackers or to stuff mushrooms with. Also amazing served hot or cold.
