Whole Wheat Sprouted Wheat Berry Bread with Spelt

INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup sprouted wheat berries
3/4 cup plus 2 TBL lukewarm water
1-1/2 TBL olive oil
1-1/2 TBL dark agave syrup
2 cups Spelt Flour
1 cup plus 2 TBL Whole Wheat Flour
2 TBL Whey Powder
1-1/2 teasp fine sea salt
1-1/2 teasp active dry yeast
INSTRUCTIONS
Load all ingredients into your Breadmaker in the order listed (or reverse it if your type of machine calls for liquid ingredients last.
Select Basic Wheat cycle, Light setting. Push start button.
CHEF COMMENTS
Rather than use white flour, I have begun substituting Spelt flour (a whole grain flour that is high in protein) to recipes.
