INGREDIENTS

2 CUPS FLOUR

BOTTLED WATER

4 POTATOES

Peel and boil four potatoes in enough bottled water to cover. Reserve two cups of the potatoe water, combine dry ingredients, then let potatoe water cool to lukewarm then pour into ingredients and stir. Put into glass mason jar or plastic jar and cover loosely with a flour sack dishtowel. Let sit for 4-14 days until it becomes bubbly and frothy. Poke a hole in lid that fits the jar. Stir occasionally and refrigerate.
