Christmas Apple Spiced Kielbasa

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs kielbasa
2 cups peeled and sliced apples
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic minced
pinch of nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

Sliced kielbasa into one inch slices.
Combine kielbasa,apples, sugar,garlic and nutmeg.
Place in crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.

CHEF COMMENTS

This is great if your having a Christmas eve get together with family and friends or even a appetizer for Christmas.
