INGREDIENTS
1 Bottle soy sauce
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Cup molasses
6 to 8 garlic cloves
1/2 Cup olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Fine mince the garlic cloves, set aside. Add all other ingredients in 2 quart sauce pan, add minced garlic and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Let cool at room temp, then refrigerate. Good for marinade on chicken, pork and beef.
