Crab Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 can of crab meat/ or fresh
8 shakes of Worchechester Sauce
8 shakes of Tabasco or hot sauce
6 scallions / chopped fine
1 tlbs. of dill weed seasoning
1 8oz. cream cheese. softened.( choose lowfat for calorie counters )
1/2 cup sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat by hand or electric : cream cheese, sour cream , dill, Tabasco, Worchestershire, scallions . Blend in crab at last. chill , best to set for 3 hours, very best at 12 hours to set flavors. Serve with tortilla chips. Adjust flavor with tabasco ( more hot ) by taste

I have made this for years. It is the first dip to be gone at any party I have brought it to.
