ONE AND A HALF ROTISSERIE CHICKENS, LEMON PEPPER
2 CANS WATER-PACKED ARTICHOKES, DRAINED
1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
1/2 CUP MAYO
1/2 t. CURRY
2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR
1/2 CUP SEASONED BREADCRUMBS
1/2 STICK BUTTER
INSTRUCTIONS
CHOP CHICKEN. MIX WITH NEXT FIVE INGREDIENTS. MELT BUTTER AND ADD BREADCRUMBS. PLACE CHICKEN MIXTURE IN A 13 X 9 CASSEROLE DISH. TOP WITH BREADCRUMB MIXTURE. BAKE 30 - 40 MINUTES AT 350.
