Zesty Salmon Burgers

INGREDIENTS
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can salmon, drained, skin and bones removed
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/4teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Shape into 4 patties. In a skillet over medium heat, cook patties in butter until browned; about 6 minutes on each side.
