Justin Wilson's Bleu Cheese Dressing

INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese (more or less to taste).

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.

CHEF COMMENTS

Enjoyed watching Mr. Wilson's cooking shows on TV for many years up until his unfortunate death.
