Pecan Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 cups broken pecan pieces
3 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups dark corn syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

Place pecan pieces in the bottom of pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake another 40 minutes. Set on wire rack to cool.
