Best Beef Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

1 BUSHEL OF GREEN ONIONS (MORE IF YOU ARE A BIG ONIO N FAN)
2 BLOCK OF PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE
2 TABLESPOONS OF SOUR CREAM
1 PALM FULL OF GARLIC SALT
1 LARGE PACAKAGE OF DRIED BEEF

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream with garlic powder and green onions. Gradually stir in dried beef. Form ball with mixture and cover with remaining dried beef. Cover and place in refrigerator for about an hour to set.

CHEF COMMENTS

I USE A FOOD PROCESSOR FOR THE ONIONS AND BEEF BUT YOU CAN CHOP BY HAND
