Cocoa Mousse

SERVINGS
1 recipe scale / convert
INGREDIENTS
3 egg
2 tbsp. chocolate liquer
2 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 cups cocoa
2/3 cups sugar
1-1/4 cup milk
2/3 cups butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Placeeggs, chocolate liqueur, vanilla in a blender. Cover, blend on high to combine. In a sauce pan combine cocoa and sugar. Add milk and butter. cook over medium heat stirring until comes to a boil. Turn blender to high, slowly pour hot cocoa mixture through top opening. Continue blending 1 minute. Pour into dishes, cover, chill several hours. Serve topped with sweetened whipped cream.
