Pina Colada Kefir Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
Place in blender:
1 cup plain Kefir
2/3 cup ice
1-1/2 cup fresh organic pineapple chunks
1/4 cup organic, unsweetened coconut flakes
1 teasp. Agave nectar
Blend in blender until ice is finely chopped. Makes two servings.
INSTRUCTIONS
Place ingredients in blender. Blend in blender until ice is finely chopped. Makes two servings.
Note: If you are new to drinking kefir, have a half of a serving to start.

I made my own Kefir with Raw Goats Milk. This is a recipe I developed to make the drink more palatable! See also, my mixed berry kefir recipe for beginning kefir drinkers. Start with small amounts until your system is used to the live cultures!

I only had coconut milk, so I used 3/4 cup Kefir and 1/4 cup coconut milk. It was very good!
