Cocoa Cake

INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp. cocoa
1-1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar replacement
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup liquid shortening
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat to blend thorough. Pour batter into 9-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Serve warm.
