Orange Citrus Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 box of Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (Non- pudding kind)
1 box of instant lemon pudding mix .........4 eggs.. ....3/4 cups Wesson Vegetable oil.......... , 3/4 cups water....Beat all ingredients together for 3 minutes..Pour into prepared Tube pan..Bake @ 325* for 25-30 minutes. Take cake out and poke holes in it with fork. Pour icing over immedietly!!

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat all cake ingredients together for 3 minutes. Pour into prepared Tube pan. Bake @ 325°F for 25-30 minutes. Blend all icing ingredients together and pour over HOT cake!!

CHEF COMMENTS

This was one of Ms. Anita Bryant's favorite cakes...The secret is pouring the icing over the HOT cake !! (Be sure nad poke holes in the hot cake with a fork first) My church family LOVE this cake !! Hope yall enjoy it as well !!!
