INGREDIENTS

1 box (8 oz.) sugar-restricted chocolate cake mix
1 can tart sherries, in their own juice
3 tbsp. granulated sugar replacement

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients and stir to completely blend. Pour into a well-greased 8 or 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tests done.
