Scrumptious Open-Faced Hamburgers

INGREDIENTS

2 TO 4 Cooked hamburgers (beef, turkey, veggie)
2 to 4 Slices of texas size garlic toast
1 Large tomato (peeled and sliced)
1 Red onion (sliced)
Fresh sweet basil (chopped)
Shredded Cheese (any flavor)
Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

While hamburgers are cooking and almost done to your taste, toast bread in oven according to toast directions. Take toasted toast out of oven, sprinkle cheese over hot bread, put hamburger on top of cheese and add more cheese over the hot hamburger. Add tomato, onion, basil and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with your choice of French fries, potato salad, cole slaw and/or salad.

I THINK IT HAS TO DO WITH THE TEXAS SIZE GARLIC TOAST. THIS IS FROM MY OWN PERSONAL COOK BOOK.
