INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Ground Beef
2 pkg. (1 lb.) Velveeta Mild Mexican Cheese
1 pkg. dry Taco Seasoning Mix
1 large onion, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown and drain ground beef; add onion. Prepare taco seasoning as you would per directions for tacos. In a large Crock Pot, melt Velveeta Cheese. Once beef mixture is prepared, combine with cheese.

I made this as an appetizer for a beer tasting party, and everyone loved it. Real easy to make, and delicious too.
