INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp. garlic powder
Chili powder to coat
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, pecans and garlic powder, and use waxed paper to roll into a tight log. Dust the cheese log with chili pepper. Transfer the cheese log onto another another sheet of waxed paper transfer cheese log and roll till coated. Refrigerate 1 hour and serve sliced on Ritz crackers.
