INGREDIENTS
16 oz velveeta
8 oz cream cheese ,1/4 cup chopped pecans,1 tbsp. garlic powder,chili powder to coat
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, pecans and garlic powder, and use waxed paper to roll into a tight log. Dust the cheese log with chili pepper. Transfer the cheese log onto another another sheet of waxed paper transfer cheese log and roll till coated. Refrigerate 1 hour and serve sliced on Ritz crackers.
