INGREDIENTS
4 and a half oz of butter
4 and a half oz of sugar
4 and a half oz of flour
1 medium egg
For the icing:
3 oz of icing sugar
1 tbl spoon of water
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat the butter and sugar together untill light and creamy. Add the egg. Mix the flour in gradually; it should be able to fall off your spoon when it's done. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 12 and a half minutes to get light and fluffy cakes.
