Servings: 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ cup honey
1 cup chopped fresh fruit, such as blueberries, raspberries, and cantaloupe
INSTRUCTIONS
Process the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into four ½-cup ice-pop molds and insert wooden sticks. Cap the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
