Special Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

6 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. Cabernet Savignon wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tbsp. fennel seeds, warmed in skillet
1/2 tbsp. ground black pepper
1 pinch sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients with a wire whisk and pour over a salad.
