Catalan Bread with Tomato

INGREDIENTS
4 slices toasted country bread
2 cloves peeled garlic, sliced in 1/2 lengthwise
2 ripe tomatoes, sliced in 1/2 crosswise
Olive oil
Sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Rub surface and crusts of toasted bread with open face of halved garlic clove. Gently squeeze tomato half while rubbing across the surface of the bread. Drizzle bread with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
