Chocolate Snickerdoodles

Servings: 2 dozen
INGREDIENTS
1 cup margarine, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cup rolled oats
1-1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Beat margarine, and sugars until fluffy, add eggs and beat until well mixed and fluffy. combine the dry ingredients, and add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Chill dough a few hours.
Remove from refrigerator and roll in 2 tbsp. sugar, cinnamon and cocoa. Place on cookie sheet 2-inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes (do not overbake). Cool on racks.

I also rolled some in red and green sugar and kids loved them.
