Mesmerizing Berry Pie

INGREDIENTS

Pie crust-prepared
cream cheese-6-8 oz.
powdered sugar 1/3 C
lemon juice-- 1 Tblsp.
egg white--- 1
egg-------- 1
fruit pie filling (berry is best) 1

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream together cheese and sugar; add juice and egg. Whisk together and pour into pie crust (with egg white wash). Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Then add the fruit pie filling and bake at 400°F fo another 20 minutes.
