INGREDIENTS

SUGAR CREAM PIE



1 cup sugar
Dash of salt
5 Tablespoons flour
1 pint whipping cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sugar, salt and flour. Heat whipping cream. Add a little cream to sugar-flour mixture, then mix in all the cream. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 35-40 minutes.
