Avocado Pie

Servings: 1 pie
INGREDIENTS
1 small avocado
1 small box of lime jello
1 - 8oz. tub of cool whip
1 - 9 inch pie crust (either dough or cookie crust)
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare lime jello as instructed and place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours, only leave until it has started to set but do not allow it to set completely. It needs to be in a semi-liquid form.
Smash avocado into a paste form. Use half the Cool Whip in pie; it is optional to use the remaining amount on top of pie as a topper.
Once all ingredients are prepared as directed, combine in a large mixing bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed and in a liquid form.
Pour into pie crust. Let pie set in refrigerator overnight. Top with remaining Cool Whip before serving, if desired.

Try to use the avocados without the strings.
